Truly, you will be addressed the way you are dressed

"Dress nice anywhere you are going to, you don't know who you will be meeting"

The talk about dressing well is as old as man.
It is a song my parents sing to my hearing during my childhood to make sure I imbibe the sense of dressing well.
The way one dresses speaks a whole lot about one's personality, culture, taste, upbringing and so on.
When you dress shabbily it will send a notion to people that you are not brought up well or you did fail on your own part to practice what you were thought.
We all feel elated and fulfilled when we step out and we receive warm compliments such as "you look good in your outfit". Wow! Such words melts the heart of anyone be it a man or woman, young or old.
I'm paying special attention to a different narrative anyways and you'd understand at the end of this piece.
I went to a particular office today for a meeting and I met this young lady well dressed in a Northerner outfit - a gown and veil with beautiful embroideries.
I sat patiently at the reception waiting for the start of the meeting when she arrived.
As soon as she arrived, the receptionist greeted her in Hausa language saying "Ya ya kake" (how are you) and she replied "Lafi ya" (fine). They mumbled other words in Hausa language and she replied well.

Almost everybody she spoke to started talking to her in Hausa language and at a point she had to tell them she isn't an Hausa woman that she just decided to dress like them today and she can not understand what they are saying anymore because she can only speak a little of the language and also understands a little.
To cut the long story short, the Hausa people in that office could relate with her easily due to the way she dressed. They identified with her as a result of her mode of dressing. That is to say our mode of dressing speaks a lot about us, our personality, culture and everything about us.
