My Three healthy habits after my heart surgery || Blogging Challenge Day #12

I realized the importance of health in my life when I had heart surgery. As I lay in bed, I wondered what I had done to cause my heart disease at the age of twenty.
I couldn't walk ten steps. I was cut off from friends' parties. My life was very limited. And my health was getting worse by the day.

I felt like I had lost the purpose of my life. I was cut off from all relationships. And I was not two steps away. I thought I would get better someday. I will be able to walk too.
And that's when I realized the importance of health.
Friends, these are some of the habits before my heart surgery.
I used the computer all day. I ate a lot of meat. I didn't walk at all. I ate three meals a day.
Poultry was my favorite food. All of these habits had a big impact on my health.
And the cholesterol level in my body had risen to dangerous levels. And the three blood vessels were blocked.
Thus the doctor advised me to have surgery.

After heart surgery, I now have three health habits. Which is very important for all of you and these three habits keep me healthy in every way.

Morning evening walk

Friends, I have been in the habit of walking for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. Because walking keeps our body hydrated and helps keep cholesterol within our body normal.
The doctor has also given me a special emphasis on walking and I request you all to make walking a routine of your life.

Be happy and forgive

Life is the name of happiness and worries in life weaken a person mentally and physically. So I have a habit of forgiving people quickly. And always happy. Take things in stride and try not focus too much on the problem.
And cause happiness in the society.

Good and healthy food

I believe that good and healthy food is the guarantee of our health.
And if I look at the past, my health has been ruined by my eating habits.
So now I eat cholesterol free food. Because cholesterol is the main cause of heart disease.
I am now in the habit of eating vegetables and greens.
Does not eat on a full stomach. And I eat fruit every season. I drink ginger tea.
Therefore, I request all of you to eat less meat and make walking a routine and always be happy and adopt the habit of forgiving people. These are my habits
