Today I will tell you all how to make tamarind palao. This tamarind pullao is a popular pullao in my area. But there are many types of palao in terms of taste. Which are known for their taste. Some people like the taste of tamarind palao. And some pickles are very popular. There are many types of meat palao, potato palao, chicken palao and many more. Today I will tell you how to make tamarind pilaf. it's very easy. And it takes simple things to make. But some special spices are also used to make it. I have explained each step through pictures. Ingredients !

The following ingredients are needed to make tamarind pilaf.

  • Tamarind
  • Chicken Meat
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Thom
  • Biryani Powder
  • Red Chili
  • Green Chili
  • Tamarind Water
  • Hot Spices
    -Turmeric
  • Coriander Powder
  • Oil
  • Sticky Seeds
  • Spices
  • Water

Method

First you have to clean the tomatoes, onions, meat thoroughly. And then you have to clean the tomatoes and onions and cut them into small pieces. And so we have to grind ginger and garlic. And then put the onion in oil and brown it. The first step is to brown the onion in oil. And then after browning the onion, we have to brown the tomatoes and meat and the rest of the spices well. You can see in the pictures.

When the onion is brown, add the meat and all the other ingredients and cook the meat and tomatoes well. When the meat and tomatoes are cooked well, add the amount of water in it which is one times more than the weight of rice. And when the water is well boiled, put rice in it and dry the water well. When the water is dry, put out the fire.

Now after keeping on dum for twenty mintsh.. Now our amamli pulao is ready..

it is known as tamarind pullao ,,, it is my honour you liked it,,,, chicken pullao has different , we first cook and use great weight of chicken in chicken big cut pieces
