Preparando Carne para Hamburguesas - Preparing Meat for Hamburger - TUTORIAL - ESP/ENG by @yusmi
Hello dear laborious bee community of the Hive platform beehive, today I bring you a simple recipe to make your own hamburger meats in an artisan way; that is, from our home. In this quarantine we have become very creative and many of us have found the kitchen for the reason that it is "meat for hamburgers a la yusmi".
Ingredientes
1.- 750 gramos de carne molida
2.- 1/2 cebolla
3.- 1 diente de ajo
4.- Pimentón
5.- Aji dulce
6.- Comino
7.- Sal al gusto
8.- 1 Huevo
1.- 750 grams of ground meat
2.- 1/2 onion
3.- 1 garlic clove
4.- Paprika
5.- Sweet pepper
6.- Cumin
7.- Salt to taste
8.- 1 Egg
We take the vegetables and wash them properly with plenty of clean, fresh water before we start cutting them; the meat as mentioned before should be previously macerated or ground in order to shape it into that circular shape we want for the hamburgers. We take the Onion and a grater and we grate a part of the onion and preserve it.
Finely chop the chilli and paprika, crush the garlic and add it to the meat, mixing it with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add an egg and continue mixing, and at the end, scrape some hard bread, plus salt and cumin to taste.
Now we take a portion of the meat and knead it with the same technique as if we were making an arepa; let's try not to make it so thick to save material and obtain a greater number of pieces for more burgers, we place them on a plastic sheet and then we put them in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes.
