Like we always say here too much of everything is not good even if that thing is nutritional, excess of it might pose a problem to our health.

I have been eating to much lately from different fast foods without thinking of the risk attached to it.
Actually it's really the flavors that get me going for more but now that I've gone through the side effects it could have on me, I think I'll keep a check on my habitual eating at a fast-food.
I do have a day in a week that I eat 1 to 3 fast food. Just really like burgers, pizza, pancake, fries, and fried chicken... fast-food restaurants offer a standard quality at a relatively cheap price.
And I'm with you about the flavorsome food. For me once or twice a week is my limit; the rest of the week I try to balance it with a healthy meal that I prepare myself :)

Eating fast food is not bad , cause is the best means at which some set of people get feed easily,mayb due to stress at work or tiredness which might have stopped them from preparing their meals,so to take fast food is not bad,but it should not be always
