Mothers day, small part of my palpable life...
Mother's Day is a very special date for many. For my part, I am not normally a very affectionate person, but I faithfully take care of my mother and my family as much as I can. Since my father left for another country, I always keep abreast of everything my mother may need and so she does not miss anything. I believe that from this point in my life, I feel deeply attached to the appreciation of maternal love and its importance in life.
When I was young, I did not pay attention to many things...one of them, was the appreciation, that I had for other people, I felt more in my world and much more alien to the feelings and events of the people around me.
Many of my thoughts matured when I had my first child, who is now 9 years old. That was a great leap in my life, I learned with blows, pain and work, how much I could love another little being. 8 years passed before I had a baby again in my arms and that's when my little Danna was born.
I think I am still learning, growing and building my little home, next to my two children.
But, putting everything aside...I am a pastry chef at heart and I did not want to miss such an emotional date. Also, it was a perfect opportunity to prepare a nice cake, and thus enjoy it with my two children. Here I attach a photo of the cake:
My children were very happy, they love to eat my desserts. Honestly, everything I prepare I do it with love and care. I like to take care of the details, and this choice of color with golden dragees; It seems perfect to me.!
I can also add that I love cakes covered with roses, I keep practicing them. I think they look so cute and sweet.
My mother's day:
It started like any other day, I went to the kitchen and made breakfast. But, I made extra empanadas, to send my mom a surprise breakfast. Yesterday I also prepared cupcakes, to distribute to my loved ones, and the surprise breakfast consisted of empanadas stuffed with meat + bacon sauce + some tender cupcakes. I attached a picture:
After doing the usual things, I took a bath and fixed the girl to go out, we went to visit my mother and we spent a while with her. Later, we went to my husband's mother's house, where my sister-in-law prepared a delicious dinner. And for dessert we had a cake.
Until now, which is 8:28 PM at night, it has been a beautifully calm and affectionate day.
