WARNING: SCAM ALERT

What you are seeing above is the raw data without images or hidden links of a current scam that is being conducted on the HIVE Network. So far I have tracked two different accounts in which is using this same scam (@drhoofman & @mohandes) but there could be others. Below is the message shown as it appears when the scam is first initiated. If you see the below message in anyones topic DO NOT CLICK ANY OF THE LINKS IT DISPLAYS / DO NOT GIVE YOUR KEYS OUT.

I have created a short video below in which shows where the links lead to if clicked. The end goal of this scam is to trick the unsuspecting user to put their MASTER PASSWORD in a clone site of hivesigner. If you do so your account will be compromised as the scammer will have then got access to your HIVE Account (Likely to steal everything in it). The clone site URL looks like this-->

justnetwork.tech/hive/
while the real hivesigner webpage uses hivesigner.com. Always check the URL of any sites you plan on putting your Hive Network keys in.

Disclaimer: I used as many tribe tags as I could so the warning message would reach as many as possible. Resteem or create your own warning post to help spread the word.

Thanks for helping to spread the word.

I clicked on the link (Not recommended) to make the video (no warning from my anti-virus). Looks like the scammers end goal is to trick unsuspecting users to put their Master Key into the scam signer site.

I saw the video. I don't remember who it was but I saw someone post a detailed description on this blockchain about the layout of the url. It also includes a "what to look for" on finding out if you're onthe correct website. using fakee scam websites as an example (ie,, no malicious websites in the post).

I found it very informative. To refind it I am at a loss here. I wouldn't even know what to look for. I don't remember his username or title of the post. It was posted about 3-4 months ago.

I say this because it could be given out by default so other users could gain some knowledge for their own security.

If they value their car that is. If they are just so willing to give them out without a second thought then my guess would be that they don't really believe in this platform. Why? because this car is the house. It is what can get you from point b to c to a again. It will pay the bills. And dear reader in general, your willingness to give it away is just a security risk on to your own self. I wont even try to imagine what else you just give away. All it takes is to slow down and read everything thoroughly at the least and PAY attention.

BTW As I Accumulated a moderate amount of capital on "shit token" PAY, I will be giving out PAY to the ones with minnow and lower status that tag me on pointing out scams and REAL abuse then after double checking your claim and confirmation from @hivewatchers , I will PAY you PAY for your find.

How much I haven't decided yet but dont think it will be much to your expectations. I believe in the inflation of this coin and will keep going forward with promoting this coin by direct distribution deposits. Anyways.

Goodbye

PAY is a token distributed for using

#politics

where's the token creator damnit!!!

I'm aware of the pay token. I purchased a little and earned a little more from content creating that I plan on staking on the first of next month.

Seen the same thing posted on other peoples posts and clicked on it, but quickly reset my password and keys to be on the safe side.

Thiese people will try anything to catch unsuspecting newbies, best to be safe and when in doubt secure your account, upvoted and reblogged

This is a good information,i am sure many people saw that comments under various posts on this platform and some may have fall into the trap already, but this information will stop more people from falling for the phishing scam,it is sad that some people are evil and they will not just stop scamming others just for their own selfish and wicked desires...

I've seen this alot and my only reaction is to downvote and go my way.

It's very unbearable to see people trying to scam others this way. It's just not reasonable.

Thanks for bringing this to light. We've got to be careful
