My Healthy Breakfast Using My New Air Fryer

I introduced you guys to my new baby in my last post, my air fryer. So today I tried making a Lebanese platter using the air fryer.

Lebanese platter or popularly known as mezze platter is a very healthy meal option. I personally love it. The first time I had my taste buds dive into the taste of it was 6 years back when I went to Turkey for my honeymoon. I had this dish almost 3 times there. In Istanbul, they serve authentic Lebanese food. Since then I have loved it like crazy.

I used to make pita bread at home but avoided making falafel since they are fried. But now that I have an air fryer, I could easily make that as well.

So here you go. Show some jealousy guys 😁

All of this is homemade and it took me some 45 minutes to get all of it ready.

Raag loved it too.

There's nothing better than starting your day with a healthy and sumptuous breakfast. It not only keeps you energetic throughout the day but it sets the mood as well, which is a must for a Monday morning.
