Homemade Pancit Bihon

Pancit Bihon noodle dish is a staple second to rice. Chinese was the original people who started introducing it and localized since then.

Today I cooked it at home. I use “Bihon” or rice sticks mixed with pork, chicken, and vegetables. It is easy to cook and the preparation will just take 45 minutes.

I sauteed the garlic and onions adding the sliced pork. Cover and then add soy sauce with black pepper. Cook in medium heat until the pork turned tender. Wash the rice stick and set it aside. Sliced all the vegetables and wash thoroughly. Then mix first the vegetables, add the rice stick to the cooked pork in a casserole, mix well and Done!
