One of the Many Adobo Variations I Do With Pork

Recently, our government decided we should have a standard way of cooking Adobo. I find it funny because I doubt it is possible. Adobo is a dish known to be originally from the Philippines, it's basically cooking with vinegar and soy sauce in a stew. Every family has their own version and has their own additives into the recipe and of course, most of them claim they make the best Adobo. Here in this picture is just one of the many ways I cook pork Adobo. This one is pork steak style, according to yours truly.
