Tuhod Y Batoc, Another Beef Stew Recipe Influenced by the Spanish Colonizers
This is a beef recipe I love from a particular restaurant, Dulcinea. The recipe is Spanish in origin, we have been a colony of Spain for 333 years and it's not surprising that we love Spanish dishes such as Tuhod y Batoc. I love how tender the meat is, the veggies are perfectly cooked and the broth is oozing with flavor. The dish works perfect on top of hot white rice!
