Creme Brule Coffee: The Selling Delight from Cold N Brew Coffee shop

Hellooo guys...
How are you today ? I hope you are all healthy and happy...

Yesterday I went to one of the new coffee shops in my city. I always like to go to new places, like restaurants, cafes, or coffee shops. I like to go to places like that to try the food or drink and also admire the design and architecture of these places. To get info about these places, I follow several accounts that share the newest cafe/coffee shop in my city. And yesterday I went to Cold n Brew coffee shop. This coffee shop already has many outlets outside the city and this time they are opening a branch. They provide a variety of coffee and non-coffee menus as well as several types of cakes and pastries to accompany drinking coffee.

So, this time I ordered their best seller menu, namely creme brule coffee and also croissant cheese as a side dish. For serving their coffee they use plastic cups designed with their logo and tag line. This kind of presentation seems simple and can be enjoyed when dine-in or can be taken away. But what I regret is that they still use plastic cups which take a long time to decompose. Back to the coffee, I ordered creme brule coffee which is their best seller menu. Look at the appearance of the coffee, there are 4 layers, namely vanilla syrup, espresso and fresh milk and milk foam sprinkled with sugar and then torched like traditional creme brule.

The taste of creme brulee coffee as a rich and creamy blend with hints of caramelized sugar and vanilla. It combines the smoothness of a classic creme brulee dessert with the boldness of coffee, resulting in a delightful combination of flavors. The coffee has a sweet and decadent profile, reminiscent of the burnt sugar crust on top of a traditional creme brulee. It offers a luscious and indulgent experience with a smooth mouthfeel and a lingering sweetness.

And I also ordered a cheese croissant. The appearance of this cheese croissant is the same as normal croissants. Look the shiny from the surface of the croissant and also the sprinkling of cheese on top. In terms of appearance, a croissant cheese typically has a golden-brown, flaky exterior with visible layers of pastry. The croissant is often sprinkled with grated cheese on top, enhancing its presentation and adding extra flavor. When the croisant is split, it shows a lot of cheese filling. This cheese croissant uses chunks of cheddar cheese as the filling. So it's not a typical croissant cheese where the cheese melts when cut.

The taste of croissant cheese that I can be described as a delightful combination of buttery, flaky croissant pastry and savory, creamy cheese. The croissant itself has a light and airy texture with layers of buttery goodness, while the cheese filling adds a rich and tangy flavor. When you take a bite, you'll experience a harmonious blend of the buttery croissant and the smooth, melty cheese, creating a savory and satisfying sensation.Overall, the croissant cheese looks inviting and delicious, with its enticing aroma and enticingly crispy yet soft texture. And The Creme brule coffee is one the coffee variation that you must be try. Especially for you who love the sweet coffee.
