Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.

It doesn't matter cool and calm we all show ourselves to others but deep down we are all stressed with many things around us. Life without stress seems to be not possible to me, what about you? are you able to live your life without single stress in your life? It doesn't matter what you do and where you are there is a level of stress in everyone's life when we were students we used to worry about homework, test, and many other things ๐Ÿ˜…. when we grew up we did get involved with other things too.girl/boyfriend, friends, carrier, money problems and many other things too. (you know what I mean ๐Ÿ™ƒ).

We are just surrounded by stress from day one we did know about things as time passes the stress did get changes from year to year. the level of stress did increase not for all for sure, not all of us do take stress some are just like a free bird in the sky they just accept what did get and what comes to them(not all have qualities like that). what type of person are you?

last week I was very stressed, I am not sure what did happen to me I was thinking too much about things that are not even in my control. deep down I do know that I can't do anything about that
but still, I was doing that. due to love thinking, I was very stressed out. Can't even do my work properly and did get irritated with others for little things(after that I did realize what I have done with them). I am sure sometimes this did happen with you. I don't even want to talk with anyone, but if you are at work you have to talk with others and show that you are normal. But you will try to prevent that you are ok the sure your friends will know that for sure. after all, they are your friends they all do know you better than others for sure.

So how did I come out of that?

The things are simple we just do make them complicated for sure, what do you say? that is what I did realized so far. I was over things about too many things at the same that that has made me sick for sure. It was not an easy job to stop thinking all of a sudden but I did try my best to get distracted from that and that actually did work.

The first thing I did was spend less time on the screens and did get a good sleep. if you are stressed out trying to do things that you do love and please do avoid medicines(if are used to that then that is not really a good thing for sure).
I love these lines a lot which God Shri Krishna Ji told to Arjuna.

this time shall pass to
(ye waatk bhe gujar jayega ga).

And this is the reality for sure it doesn't matter what phase of life is going on with you but that will pass too. sometimes we have to wait for a little longer for the good days and sometimes not. overthinking just makes things more complex if you did get lost and there is no way out there just go with the flow and you will survive for sure. just thinking about that not going to help you in any way for sure.

other ways to get rid of stress:

  • do exercise or yoga(at least for 20 minutes daily)

  • Meditation for a few minutes.

  • go to bed in time.

  • get up early.

  • eat healthy food (avoid junk food that did affect too)

  • spend time with friends (not virtual in real life too)

  • Follow the above I am sure that will help.

Yeah... especially when we are motivated and we have an urgent need to succeed, we find it hard to take a breather and always want to be working. And most of the time, that does not end well for us.

Life is full of stress and we have a lot of things to stress us as the day goes by. We can never go wrong with sleep and yes, sleep is the first contact. Meditation is nice as you have rightly said and it was a smart choice to reduce your time on the screen. Another thing I would say is to observe nature. Taking a walk around a garden or seeing beautiful flowers or just observing the birds or the clouds or anything with the nature tag can be so refreshing. Nature is a healer and a good stress diffuser.

They are very good indications, I hope that your message reaches many people, sometimes we are overwhelmed by the situations that arise and life gradually turns gray.
