I want to get rid of bad habits

On this occasion I want to write about I want to get rid of bad habits. Every human being must have bad habits in each of us, both behavior and habits that we do such as stealing and so on.

How to get rid of bad habits, behaviors or actions that are usually done or repeated by someone, generally referred to as habits. I even read psychology books at that time, habits were described as things that became channels that humans could continue to go through. That which is considered as varies from a reaction to what happened.

Bad habits in general, as habits that have a bad or negative impact on a person's habitual behavior. The bad impact I mean by this is something that will have an impact on deterioration both mentally and physically. Besides having an impact on behavior, actually bad habits also have a bad impact on the people around us.

Usually we do this bad habit by doing bad habits and will tend to be ostracized in association with friends and society. One of the effects of bad habits within us is that it can hinder future success in the future.

Or it can be concluded that successful people generally have habits that are not practiced by people who are not successful. And examples of habits for unsuccessful people are procrastinating - putting off existing work, not respecting time, not being disciplined and not wanting to try new things.

This habit is clearly inversely proportional to the habits of successful people such as the habit of being disciplined, daring to try new things, never giving up and not procrastinating. Besides that, there are other things that we as humans also have bad habits, namely: a bad diet will become a bad habit that generally occurs at this time.

And buy random snacks. Because we feel that this type of food has become our daily food. This will affect our body later and will experience high blood pressure and obesity. Moreover, we often eat in front of the television, this will result in weight gain and this often happens to us.

And the last is the bad impact on us by speaking harshly. This has become our habit and has even become daily food with harsh words. With harsh words it will hurt other people and our habits with harsh words will be shunned by friends.

And playing computer and video games without limits, this habit will cause addiction so that it can damage health, especially health. In fact, many people want to play or do activities outside because they are addicted to games and I experienced this myself when I was in high school. This will also disrupt the quality of sleep and will affect one's social development.

Then sleeping late and in general we as young people must feel this because being single makes us sleep late at night. Even though the city as a human being needs 8 hours of rest and this is to my knowledge. Lack of sleep will also result in hormonal imbalances

Being unsuccessful can be attributed to a lot of different act but I see the point where discipline hold a better chance of making you a better person. Though it may depend on our various ideas about discipline but that atom of it makes endeavors successful.
