My Teachers Grading - A Stammer & A Corper

I had always wanted to write about this but somehow I forget to even when I have no idea of what to write, so I'm glad it came in as a topic at the community. I get to share my experience with teachers and also grade them just they did in grading me all through my educations till now.

I'd like to start by saying "Every teacher has my respect and I wish that their effort be more appreciated" as I do know how exactly they feel in the profession (I've once played a teacher role). So with that in mind, I'll grade my favourite best teacher and one of the worse teachers I've had. Permit to start with the worse one hehe.

The Stammer, my chemistry Teacher

No, I'm not mocking her for being a Stammer since I don't know how it happened to her, she might have been born with it like many or developed it through bad habits like a friend of mine did. While I won't dare to mock her about it, I totally wished all through my time in that school that they changed our chemistry teacher because of her disability. I can't remember her name so I'll refer to her as Mrs Stammer lol.

Mr Stammer is a fat and very strict lady, not so strict but I think her Stammer has a thing to do with why she acted like she did back then. Her class period were the most boring ones because we could hear her trying to pronounce a chemical name for almost 20 minutes and then she tries to explain with another hour. Her usual class time lasts for two hours, she uses an hour and half to explain one thing and uses the remaining time to get angry when there's a noise in the class.

I can bet that Mrs Stammer contributed a great deal to my reason for not knowing much about Chemistry as I should because I missed the basics which she was in charge of. I can still remember clearly how annoyed we will all get once we check to see that she will be teacher coming up next... Mrs Stammer will get a grade of 2/10 from and it isn't zero because I don't know what caused her disability 😏

The Corper, My English Teacher

Oh my! I can still feel myself missing this amazing lady, Miss Ella (yeah, I remember her name 😂) she remains my most favourite teacher from all the teachers I've had in my education life. And to think that she was only a Corper who taught for less than a year before leaving us, makes it all memorable for me. Miss Ella showed that she loved her subject and she was able to make her student love it too, I was her favourite student and one of the best in her gradings.

Miss Ella lived in the Corper's Lodge not so far from our class block, we would always give her company back to her lodge when classes end and there are no more class to wait for. She almost never gets angry at us, instead she would jokingly tell us what we did wrong and we will all end up laughing and take note of our mistakes. She is a real definition of a good teacher as she never lets us mock any student who speaks his or her English wrongly.

Sometimes, she would just come to class and make everyone of us so comfortable to start telling stories in correct English which she will end up using as a grade for our exams... Out of 100 students, I can bet that only 5 had a not so good score. My favourite Miss Ella will have my 9.8/10 grade, I'm leaving out 0.2 because she's a human teacher too (not perfect).

These two teachers are so memorable to me but as one of the worst teachers and the other as my most favourite of them all.
