WOULD YOU LOOK BACK AND BE PROUD OF YOUR ACHIEVEMENT SO FAR?

The Hive learners community presented to us an interesting topic in this week's edition three topic titled YOUR PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENT.

Honestly, this topic got me into a deeper thought🤔. I sat down and made a series of reflections on my achievement so far since I was born. I tried to pick the one that serve as a turning point in my life and made me a better person but then, they are many meanwhile, the instruction said "that one thing". So I am restricted to discussing just one thing🤩.

Well, I would have said that being a graduate is my proudest achievement in this context, or having touched some lives positively, or choosing the best husband, or having adorable kids, having my own house, escaping poverty 🤩🤩🤩, etc. but then I will rather choose finding Hive. Oh yes, you heard me right and I am super proud of this particular achievement which I find worthy enough to be my proudest achievement. It might not be my greatest achievement so far in life but I am so proud of what hive have done in my life which leaves me being happy always.

WHAT THEN ARE THOSE THINGS?
I found hive in a state of depression and joblessness in my life. I once mentioned that I resigned from my former job early last year due to some complicated family issues. The result became being a stay-at-home mum with lots of responsibilities, without any means of earning, and still in depression.

Fast forward to the period I found hive late last year, honestly, I didn't have interest in writing because I wasn't 5% good on it but hearing that I will earn through it and I will get busy with my mind through it and break out of my anxiety, I gave it a second thought and grabbed the opportunity. What I heard about hive later became a reality in my life. Finding myself here has brought so much self-development into my life which I am very proud of. My manner of reasoning, my creativity with things that come my way, my diverse thought as a mother, the amazing friends I got who pushed me into discovering other means of earning, and lots more.

Being a registered Realtor before finding hive, I didn't take it more seriously but then what I learned in this space, gave me an insight into how to go about my real estate business. I could come up with an articulated write-up and post along with available properties I sell and win the heart of clients.

Wow! All these started with what I am learning here and I am proud of my turning point. My state of depression and anxiety was no where to be found. My mind became much occupied with positive thinking and my hive wallet keep putting smiles on my face coupled with my progress in the real estate business.

The one-time jobless stay-at-home mum suddenly started adding value to her family. I no longer leave the whole family responsibilities to my husband alone. Is this not a proud achievement? Of course, it is to me and I am happy and proud of this particular achievement.
