Greetings to @dswigle and all this beautiful community, today I present to you the Red Cayenne, this is a very beautiful flower, and it has very special benefits, it contains vitamins C and A, it also contains flavonoids, the truth is that cayenne has benefits for the health of the body, skin health, and well-being hair related.

I clearly remember that my grandmother prepared cayenne infusion to combat her insomnia, she only allowed the water to boil, and added two cayennes and after two minutes, this list, she took it without sugar but when she shared the tea, she added sugar or honey.
