Wild Flower- 🖤Photography 🖤

Hey Everyone!!
Today I'm sharing my some mobile photography of a wild flower. I have no idea about its name or anything else.

I clicked these pictures on a road side when i was on morning walk. Its a wild flower as it was surrounded by the wild weeds and the fragrance was also wild.

This is the same flower on another plant at some distance from the first one. There was a bee wandering on it. The bee was going deep inside the flower😅,when i clicked this picture.

You can see some ants also inside this flower. I can think why bee was wondering on it but i don't know what the ants are doing inside this flower😅. I don't know what they are collecting from this flower😁.

That's all for today😉. Have a great day👍!

This is a Datura stramonium flower, also known as jimsonweed. It is a highly hallucinogenic plant. If you are chopping it and have a cut on your hand and juice gets in the cut you can even get hallucinations. Some native Americans used it in ceremonies where they would boil it with bees wax then rub the wax on their skins to get visions. Other people smoke it but I wouldn't recommend it because it can turn you crazy permanently lol. It is a lovely flower with a nice smell though.

Wow! You gave me a great information about this plant👆, thank you so much.
I know the datura, used in worship by Hindus but never seen it's plant😅.
Again thank you so much @sketch.and.jam for visiting and giving information.

It's quite a trippy plant. I knew a few people who smoked it and went crazy, they thought a rock was an apple then bit into it and broke their teeth. I think the bees wax boiling method waters down the psychoactive compound a bit so that it only gives mild hallucinations.

I'm from Arizona. A great grandad of mine was Yaqui native American. My grandma told me about these datura. They grow everywhere in Arizona.

I had no idea the datura also is in India. Seems like people around the world use it for its psychedelic properties. Though it sounds like a pretty bad trip if prepared incorrectly.

I took care of more than one dummy teenager in the ER who tried to get high by ingesting the Datura - not a good idea!! Although a beauty you really need to be careful in getting the juice in an open wound or contacting the smoke.

Yes correct! Beauty is only to see not to take risk. Like diamond is so beautiful to see but putting it in your mouth is the badest idea 😅.

Thank you so much😊 for sharing your thoughts 🖤.
