Treating from Nigeria. How are you guys doing? Its another beautiful day. I was up early today so I decided to give thanks to my maker who spare my life. May his name be praised. Am up and healthy, sickness doesn't have a whole upon my life. #iamalive so also #hiveisalive..
Taking fruit after meals is very important so as to make your food to be balanced.
- fruits can make our skin ti glow because of the nutrients it contain
- it boast the functionality of the brain
- it provide the body necessary nutrients to the body.
- fruits can make us to gain weight like mango
- some could cause weight loss
- it aids digestion such as oranges

Great advice there man, fruits does have a lot of great nutrients, especially lots of Vitamin C, so good to see that you make sure to eat fruit.
