Caturday Updates On A Sunday | IAAC 136th

The three little kittens are a week old now. We have also decided on their names. They're indoors with cat mom Mowe, staying under the sink, a location chosen by Mowe herself.

Cat mom Mowe comes and goes for the moment. She'll feed the kittens for some time, then asks to go outside once in a while for her alone time. Since moving them inside the flat, she also sleeps inside during the night.




We woke up to some news this morning. Apparently, our cat Grumpy has given birth over the night or in the early morning. Mom alerted me to the kittens. They're in a designated box outside at the moment. I tried moving them to a bigger and cleaner box, but they don't seem comfortable with it. So for now, I leave them be. For sure, we will be monitoring them closely.




General cleaning inside the flat has been done. We've emptied an old office table. I'm planning on removing it and replacing it with a kitchen cabinet next time around. It's now time to work in the garden. My garden updates, however, will be shared next week. 😉👍🏼

OMG those kittens are so flippin' cute! I noticed Gab was twitching a lot so he was definitely in the dream state. I recognized it because that's what Timmy does when he dreams he he.

Man, if I lived closer to you, I would be adopting kittens!! Ha ha. I was thinking "I want them all!" You definitely have your hands full now with the new litter as well. Wow, what a surprise. :)

I hope the rest of your Sunday is amazing & you get all of your tasks done. Today is my GYST (get your stuff (or other word) together) day. Thankfully, I have a little more energy than I did yesterday. I did absolutely NOTHING then hahah.

my afternoon video to be included in the post tomorrow 😂🤣 so far so good.. Got most of the tasks done.. Just dinner and the guinea pig cages 😁😁😁 but I still don't want Sunday to end just yet.

Glad you got some "do nothing day" scheduled. It's truly important for balance 😄😄 I will take note not to tire myself out completely. I'm happy to see progress in my task list though. It makes me feel productive. LOL!

Ohhh kittens are truly adorable. It's just crucial that they survive the critical stage. I feel like after our failed adoption of Milka & her siblings, we were given double blessings, hence, the six new kittens 😹😹😹 the universe works in a funny way!

I love the fact that you love cats so much! And yes, if I lived closer, I would take them all too and I know my flatmate would take them all aswell, cause she loves cats just as much as I do.

I just can't bring myself to get another one after losing Chad 😭 and I know that it was 3 yrs ago now,- actually I just realised it will be 4 yrs on the 30th of Sept..... but I ....I don't know.... I feel like...I don't know, I wish I could explain it... cause I know that there's a lot of cats out there that need to be adopted too- which makes me feel even worse.😞..

I am so conflicted! 😱

Goodluck with all of the kitties, I hope that they all survive and grow up to be beautiful, strong, healthy furbabies for you.

I'm sorry to hear about your cat. It reminds me of my mom who never wanted another pup long time ago when ours was stolen. So we were without pets for a long time afyer that.

My daughter started the 'owning pets' in the family again. I've always been supportive. It also happens that being cat moms just happened. Our cats sorta adopted us 😂🤣

And even though I live in an apt and it's stated on my lease NO poets- I know that I could have a cat or 2 here...but then there's just too much to worry about, the balcony, the smell, the lack of outdoors and exercise for them...the boredom, the ripping up of the carpet and it's nice to not have to pay $$$$ of vet bills, plus I hated going away because it was always so hard to find anyone to look after him and care for him as much as I do...did...That was probably the worst thing...And I want to travel next year...I haven't been anywhere for 6yrs now and it's starting to get to me. I need to travel now while I still can....😞

So I'm glad that your pets started adopting your daughter!
They bring so much joy to a home don't they.😍
