Middle of the week.. Yes!!! Work was going fine... Until my Internet connection acted up 😮😮😮



I'm not super techy, but I could somehow manage to troubleshoot simple issues. This time it was different. All was well until tadah...



I checked the cable connection (which was actually untouched) and the lights on the modem (all green), so I knew this had to be reported. Must be a glitch of sorts at the telco. I appreciate that they could be reached via twitter and fb messenger (which was automated), but it's rather annoying when no one acknowledges my complaint. Anyway, I got a support ticket. So, I took time to rest while waiting for the fix. It turned out I fell in a nap. 😂🤣 I got up quickly when I realized the connection seem back up. All's well that ends well. 🙃🙃

Time to plug my upcoming book release on Dec. 2nd. As of this time, it's published on Apple Books, Tolino, Kobo, and Barnes & Noble. I feel excited, but nervous too. 😂🤣 oh boy!

I handle the lack of internet service a lot, it is very frustrating when this happens.

Always a bother trying to talk to tech support. You have to be in luck to have the right people working the shift at that moment to help you in a friendly and efficient manner. Well, that's my experience anyway.

At least you could play the dinosaur game while you wait. 😂

haha I've tried that, but I'm no good at it :p I agree with tech support but this one's automated, so I didn't get to speak with anyone. Thankfully, the glitch was fixed. Whew! Cheers! Happy midweek! :)

Ah, I see. Now I get what you mean with no acknowledgment. Yeah, not knowing if the robots are efficient in fixing the problem or an affirmation that the messages reached someone human, can be frustrating.
Happy mid week as well with the fixed tech and all. :D

We live in an apartment building. The cats have always been around. I suppose owning a dog is out of the question. Thankfully, my Internet has stayed on from yesterday. Cheers!

My puppy Nano has not conceived with cats, but I have many with the neighbors and I never used Nano to chase or attack them, he just doesn't bother them @iamraincrystal. Stay internet
