Chooseday Thoughts : Taking A Break | IAAC Year 2
Today I choose to take a break from all of life's drama. Our government was supposed to lighten lockdown, but they changed their minds at the last minute. It is what it is. IDGAF anymore 🖕🏼🖕🏼I'm simply laughing off whenever they report about variants. Yeah right! It's never gonna end.
These days I worry more about what to feed our cats and kittens, how to fix the flat for more cat spaces and more efficient cleaning, fixing my container garden and regrowing my flowering vines. Life goes on. Time flies by too fast. Pretty soon another year will end again. 😒😒I try and focus more on short term goals at this point in time. I feel that the future is a bit too far out at the moment. We certainly didn't expect to lose Mom in May. It honestly feels like nothing matters now. At least I still have my daughter. She and the pets and my garden are the. reasons I still feel like getting up each day. It's no fun dealing with osteoarthritis. It's sad too, as I feel limited in what I want to do. I used to be able to do so much more. 😑😑 oh well... One day at a time. Soon it will all come to pass..
I don't want to end on a sad note. Let me share this cutie photo of our new guinea pig pups -- Oatmeal, Raisin, Muffin. Yup, that's their names. 😂🤣
