Don't lose focus in the midst of challenges, remember that when the going gets tough , then the tough get going. We should always stay on top of our game anytime and everytime, because life's challenges never sent us a signal beforehand, but comes unexpected and directly at us and that's the reason why we have to train our mind so hard because only only the tough ones can outlast the tough time. Never give up.

My experiences have proven this true, trials come unexpectedly and can hit very hard. Can never be fully prepared, but we can be ready and quick on our feet to overcome the challenges and prepare physically and mentally as best as we can.
