[ENG/ESP] A little bit of everything: Work, Climate and Nature
Greetings, dear friends of #wednesdaywalk , today I will share with you a tour that combines work with the warm and natural environment that always surrounds us on the island.
As we are at the beginning of the year, the work demands a little more effort and haste, since in February come the carnivals and it is a month of celebrations, which complicates things a little. For that reason, January is a crucial month to start well.
So today my tour consisted of delivering some invoices to different hotels of the Sunsol chain. I preferred to go to the ones closest to me, like the Unick, which fascinates me because of its front with beautiful palm trees.
Saludos, queridos amigos de #wednesdaywalk , hoy compartiré con ustedes un recorrido en el que se combina el trabajo con el cálido y natural ambiente que siempre nos rodea en la Isla.
Como estamos al comienzo de año, el trabajo demanda un poco más de esfuerzo y prisa, ya que en febrero vienen los carnavales y es un mes de celebraciones, lo que complica un poco las cosas. Por esa razón, enero es un mes crucial para empezar bien.
Así que hoy mi recorrido consistía en entregar algunas facturas a diferentes hoteles de la cadena Sunsol. Preferí ir a los más cercanos para mí, como el Unick, que me fascina por su frente con bellas palmeras.
Due to the hurry I was in, I entered through the back, where Mr. Pedro was waiting for me.
Debido a la prisa que tenía, entré por la parte de atrás, donde me esperaba el señor Pedro.
On my way out, I noticed that on top of the mountain in front of the hotel there was a small house with long antennas to measure time and transmit signal. I'll be honest, I come here every 15 days and today is the first time I noticed that this little house was there. In fact, I had not noticed how beautiful the scenery is.
Al salir, me di cuenta de que en lo alto de la montaña que está frente al hotel había una pequeña casa con largas antenas para medir el tiempo y transmitir señal. Seré honesto, vengo cada 15 días y hoy es la primera vez que me doy cuenta de que esta pequeña casita estaba allí. De hecho, no me había fijado en lo hermoso que es el paisaje.
After finishing delivering the invoices, I went to the Tealca parcel agency to inquire about a purchase I had made online. When I went in, they had already changed the personnel and it was impossible for me to know with the tracking number where my package was. So this trip was in vain, as I will have to come back another time.
I left the Tealca agency with the spirit that I will return next week.
Después de terminar de hacer las entregas de las facturas, pasé por la agencia de paquetería Tealca para preguntar por una compra que hice por internet. Al entrar, ya habían cambiado al personal y me fue imposible saber con el número de guía dónde andaba mi paquete. Así que este viaje fue en vano, ya que tendré que regresar en otro momento.
Salí de la agencia de Tealca con el ánimo de que volveré la próxima semana.
With my eyes on the horizon, I left the store and took the road to the Sambil, from where you can see the Guayamuri mountain, beautiful, big and majestic. For that reason, I do not stop taking pictures when I see it.
Con la mirada en el horizonte, salí del local y tomé la carretera del Sambil, desde donde se puede ver la montaña del Guayamuri, hermosa, grande y majestuosa. Por esa razón, no dejo de tomar fotos cuando la veo.
The weather got a bit cloudy, as the top of the mountains were not visible, so I tried to hurry a bit so I could get home without any setbacks.
El tiempo se puso un poco nublado, ya que no se podía apreciar la punta de las montañas, así que traté de apurarme un poco para poder llegar a casa sin ningún contratiempo.

Me gusta mucho ese paisaje montañoso, donde yo vivo no se ve ninguna montaña, asi que esa vista con las nubes y las altas cimas lo encuentro muy bonito.
