Hello friends, this is my first attempt to paint mountains with watercolor paints. I’m sure I need to practice more to make mountains look better.
I’m so glad that I got some time to paint today, I don’t get much free time every day, but I try at least to do it on the weekends.

The materials I used are:

Watercolor paper
pencil
eraser
round brush #8

My palette of colors:

ultramarine
green
lemon yellow
ochre yellow
red
brown
purple
turquoise

Here are the step by step photos.

Step 1. I draw a light sketch of my landscape.

Step 5. After hills I’m painting the closest part of the grass.

Step 6. Next would be the pine trees next to the mountains.

Step 7. The last details are the flowers and grass that are the closest to us.

That’s it, the landscape painting is ready!
