May 6th watercolor painting.
Hello friends,
I want to share with you my today’s painting. I didn’t do any yesterday because had some unexpected things happen. Everything went wrong yesterday, but not today:-)
Here are materials I used
*Watercolor paper
watercolors (I used Windsor & Newton and White Nights sets)
pencil
paper towel
kneaded eraser
Colors I used
cadmium red
english red
lemon
cadmium yellow medium
carmin
ultramarine
green
turquoise blue
emerald green
yellow ochre
lamp black
Step 1. I made pencil sketch of the house and the yard.
Step 2. I wet the sky area and added ultramarine paint in several spots to let it form the clouds.
Step 3. I painted the roof and the grass.
Step 4. Next I painted the trees.
Step 5. Then, I painted the walls and the ground.
Step 6. After that, I worked on the bushes and the grass details.
Step 7. Now it’s time for the windows and the frames.
Step 8. I started adding some casting shades, also I painted the fence and the door.
Step 9. Now, I’m pretty much done, just adding little details here and there, casting shadow for the fence and the rocks.
I hope you enjoyed the painting process photos.
