Greetings lovers of the cute.

The year is almost over, many of us thank God for that, although we know that the topic of the pandemic will continue to spread for a while longer. Many will be like me lack of emotion at this time of year, but with a lot of desire to feel it, but the nostalgia overwhelms us.

However, I would like to tell you that everything happens, the good thing about these times is that they teach us to give more value to small things, to realize that we do not need so much luxury and banalities to live, that it is more valuable to be together as a family and to share with your loved ones.

My drawing today, as always, has tenderness in it. I was inspired by the morning of January 2nd, the innocence of a child playing among the flowers.

Ya casi finaliza el año, muchos le damos gracias a Dios por ello, aunque sabemos que el tema de la pandemia seguirá extendido por un tiempo más. Muchos estarán como yo falta de emoción por estas fechas, pero con muchas ganas de sentirlo, pero la nostalgia nos embarga.

Sin embargo quisiera decirte que todo pasa, lo bueno de estos tiempos es que nos enseña a darle más valor a las pequeñas cosas, a darnos cuenta que no necesitamos tanto lujo y banalidades para vivir, que más valioso es estar reunidos en familia y compartir con tus seres queridos.

Mi dibujo de hoy como siempre lleva ternura, me inspiré en la mañana de un 2 de enero, en la inocencia de un niño jugando entre las flores.

Paso a paso. / Step by Step

Paso 1: Boceto, breve trazo de la idea de lo que pretendo dibujar.

Paso 2 Line art. Si bien mi dibujo está muy simétrico y perfecto porque hice un lado, lo copié y pegué en el otro. Esa era la intención pues me gusta explorar formas fáciles de dibujo.

Paso 3: Color base, trabajé con una paleta en tonos pastel.

Paso 4: Sombreado de piel y sombreado general que me llevó dos capas una en negro la otra en blanco dando apariencia de stiker.

Paso 5: Ojos kawaii - chibi, esta forma se me hizo fácil y creo que llegó para quedarse a menos que encuentre otra más cómoda y me salga bonita.

Paso 6: Sombreado de cabello y follaje.

Paso 7: Luces y fondo. Los siguientes pasos fueron en el fondo, quería un color contraste con mi paleta y elegí ese azul fuerte pero al final lo quité y coloqué el rosado pálido.

Step 1: Sketch, brief outline of the idea of what I intend to draw.

Step 2 Line art. Although my drawing is very symmetrical and perfect because I made one side, I copied and pasted it on the other side. That was the intention because I like to explore easy ways of drawing.

Step 3: Base color, I worked with a pastel palette.

Step 4: Leather shading and general shading that took me two layers one in black and the other in white giving a stiker look.

Step 5: Kawaii - chibi eyes, this form was easy for me and I think it came to stay unless I find another one more comfortable and it comes out pretty.

Step 6: Hair and foliage shading.

Step 7: Lights and background. The next steps were in the background, I wanted a contrast color with my palette and I chose that strong blue but in the end I took it off and put the pale pink.
