Good morning! Finally, I am able to make another drawing today. Phew! Most of my time lately was occupied by setting up my mother's online business. (My recent posts are scheduled posts, by the way. Thanks Peakd!) I am in charge of making the logo, taking photos of the products, editing, etc. Hopefully, the business will push through. Lol.

Going back to the topic, this comic was supposed to be an entry for the PEPPERONI PIZZA DAY (September 20), which I should just skip because it's been a week already but I have already drawn the sketch and some lineart. It would be a waste if I didn't finish it. >.<

Anyway, here it is! A BABYMETAL x Pepperoni Pizza special comics! Of course, Moa-metal, the food expert in the group, will be the main character on this comics.

If you often see my BABYMETAL comics and read my posts about them, you've probably already know them. But for the sake of this post and maybe some new readers, I will introduce them again and again.

Well, who is BABYMETAL? And why do I love making drawings about them?

BABYMETAL is a Japanese kawaii (cute) girl group known for their catchy and headbanging pop/metal songs. The current members of the group are Su-metal (vocals) and Moa-metal (scream and dance). They are backed up by an amazing band named "Kami Band" and dancers called "Avengers" to take the third spot where Yui-metal used to be. They used to be three members but Yui-metal left last 2018 due to health issues. BABYMETAL is a genre itself, according to some people because their music is unique. They're staple performers on some metal festivals abroad and various music festivals in Japan. BABYMETAL currently has 3 studio albums.

They were also set to perform for the first time in the Philippines last May at the PULP Summer Slam but was cancelled due to the pandemic.

FULL SIZE VERSION

• On the first page, you'll see the girls holding the pepperoni pizza in front of them and the proud face of Moa-metal. 😂

• Moa-metal is the second girl from left with a twin tail hairstyle, Su-metal the third girl from left or the middle with a high ponytail. The girls with double bun and looked the same are the avengers.

• Moa-metal had an idea.

• She stood in front of everyone raising both of the arms. The rest of the girls wait for what Moa-metal will do with the pizza.

• Moa-metal begins to sing the chorus of their song, "The One", while doing the hand choreography.

• Forming the triangle hand gesture and squishing the pizza in between.

• The girls chimed in singing while raising their pizzas. They're certainly having fun on their pizza party!
