(Edited)

Hey there my fellow otaku(s)~! It's @tegoshei here!

I saw @kuronokenshi's post just yesterday. It's an anime blogging challenge which you can find HERE. It looks pretty fun and I decided to participate.

I was in two minds whether to use my main account or this one, but I decided to choose the latter. I have a lot of other stuff like anime reviews and whatnots to post using my main account and I didn't want to spam, so I'll be joining this challenge using my microblogging account. :) Now, here's the list of the challenges...

It's the first day, so let's talk about The FIRST Anime I Remember Watching!

Wait~ this is so difficult. I remember watching several anime at the same period, so I don't know exactly what it was... but let's answer with DRAGON BALL. I forgot the exact year, but it was around 1997 or 1998 when I watched it. I was around 6 or 7 years old that time and I remember watching it with my cousins.

It's very nostalgic! Although we watched Dragon Ball first, I think I and my cousins enjoyed Dragon Ball Z more. It was shown on Philippine TV again and again in different TV channels... and if I remember correctly, they stopped showing it around early 2000s. The last one they showed was Dragon Ball GT, but I wasn't able to follow it as much as I did with Dragon Ball Z.

I also don't remember much, but I know I really liked Trunks back then. I thought he was the coolest character there was in Dragon Ball Z and I felt really excited especially when he's shown in the series. I got too ecstatic when I saw "Future Trunks". hahahaha

I also love it whenever they gather all the dragon balls and call out to Shenron. I and my cousins were like... Shenron is so cool! He is, isn't he? Also, we always laughed at the thought of bringing Krillin back to life and eventually, he'll die again. xDD

Majin Buu was my favorite villain. He's super cute and funny. However, I remember I only like the chubby Majin Buu and I disliked the thin one. He looked scary. I did have either a VHS or a CD (I forgot exactly) of the Goku VS Majin Buu fight. Was it a movie? I already forgot... that's what more than 2 decades do to you! hahaha

Although I don't remember everything, I am sure that I really enjoyed watching Dragon Ball before. There was a time when the time slot was the same as Sailor Moon... but I chose to watch Dragon Ball because it was awesome... sorry Tuxedo Mask, hahaha

It's hard to believe but in around 80% of my life until now, anime has been a part. I've been watching it for more than 2 decades and I see myself watching more anime for more decades to come!

Sorry if I can't say a lot about Dragon Ball... I would have to rewatch it one of these days! hahah I'll end this post here. Thanks for checking it out!!! :D Jaa ne~!!!!

Dragon Ball is an iconic anime for many generations, personally I didn't like the Goku as a child stage so much and instead I loved the Freezer and Cell saga.

Greetings, I'm glad you decided to participate in the Challenge.

That's so true... There were a bunch of interesting arcs in Dragon Ball and DBZ, but it's hilarious how one fight can drag on to multiple episodes. hahah I'm not complaining, though. haha ^^

It's my pleasure... Thanks for hosting this challenge. ^^
