This is my participation in the 121st edition of the #ZapFic microfiction contest, created by @Felt.Buzz and promoted by the FreeWriters community, with the prompt partnership. Here the rules of the contest. Greetings.

Every night they met to write "the final novel". They did their ritual of invoking Joyce y Beckett with the mantra-palindrome, "Adam or Nothing"*. This was the day to conclude. Nobody showed up. They called themselves "The Aleph Society".
