Greetings dear readers!

Sometimes we add layers and layers to life that only complicate things. It is time to simplify.

Can you remember when you were thirteen? I was in school, sometimes I had some extracurricular activities, some homework, courses, but nothing more than that.

There may be different situations, but in general, almost all identify a little with this scenario.

Now, seniors, we look at our lives and can barely understand the complexity it has assumed. The list of concerns grows non-stop: now we have work, studies, courses, bills, bills, statements, personal projects, gym, diet, doctor, illness, insurance, economy, politics, conflicts with family, friends, bosses, weddings, divorces , etc.

There are layers and overlapping layers; A sea of responsibilities, desires and concerns.

All this confusion ends up obscuring our vision, making it increasingly difficult to identify the points where so many conflicts arise.

Simplifying life does not necessarily mean giving up everything that brings us comfort or pleasure. Modern life has its advantages.

Still, it's good to breathe better, catch extra breath to understand what the real issues are in the midst of our busy routine, and only afterwards add elements in a more conscious way.

If we are going to list some reasons to simplify life, the main ones would be:

Simplicity saves money: Most of our conflicts end up arising from the need for money and all the stress that comes from managing this resource.

We have a sea of content in our heads all the time. News, blogs, texts, advertising, social networks, videos, etc. All of this can be helpful, but the way we do it usually confuses our thinking. There is so much information from all sides that it is very difficult to think clearly and objectively.

Our mind falters and we lose ourselves in what really matters. With so much information, needs and wants, it is very difficult to stay focused on a goal. Eliminating distractions is essential.

To simplify life, we eliminate much of that feeling of pressure that we feel. This means reducing most responsibilities and commitments, opening the opportunity to breathe and be calmer.

When we silence the need to consume and accumulate, we become more attentive to take advantage of everything we already have. It becomes possible to enjoy and feel joy in the small details, in the simple things.

All the positive points of simplifying life do not appear as if by magic, but are the effects of a long process of observation and self-knowledge. Each of us has a callus that hurts more, making it impossible to suggest a recipe for all problems.

Thanks for your attention and support, have a great day.
