Dehydrate, an entry Day 845: 5 Minute Freewrite

Dino woke up late. he immediately showered and had sufficient breakfast. He forgot to drink water and hurried to the ceremony.
Your water!"his mother shouted but he didn't hear.

He has been waiting for all the friends in the field. They line up according to the designated place. Dino was assigned as a flag raiser.
Time keeps running. The first session was not perfect yet. There are still movements that are not yet compact and must be ventured again.
The day was getting hotter and everyone felt that day the sun was heating the earth too fast.

For Dino he wants to give his best. He held back the thirst that he actually felt. His head began to feel dizzy but he held it.

"I am strong," he said to himself

When he was walking with a flag, suddenly his vision blurred and then everything felt dark. His face was pale and looked very weak. All his friends took him under a shady mango tree. He was lay him down and then put on oil which made him realize.
He collapsed from not drinking enough to dehydrate his body. The trainer asked all officers to rest and drink enough water so that they would not faint like Dino.
