Without doubt, having plants in our home improves our well-being, they beautify the corners of the house and purify the environment, but they also have requirements such as enough sun, water and nutrients depending on the kind.

When choosing one, it is necessary to take into account the space we have available. In my case I have a small garden which is already completely full, but still I can have a little more of them if I use pots.

For example, I have planted this lily in a pot to be able to move it inside the house when the temperature exceeds forty degrees, since although it needs large amounts of sun, it can also wilt, besides that it is easier to monitor and collect the seeds.

Another reason to prefer pots at least for this species is pest control, since it is more practical to remove them once they have been detected.

If you don’t have potted plants yet, go ahead, it’s a lot of fun and relaxing. If you already have some, you will surely have noticed how much you have learned from them.

Sin lugar a dudas tener plantas en nuestro hogar mejora nuestra bienestar, embellecen los rincones de la casa y purifican el ambiente, pero también tienen requerimientos como suficiente sol, agua y nutrientes dependiendo de la especie.

A la hora de elegir una es necesario tener en cuenta el espacio que tenemos disponible. En mi caso tengo un pequeño jardín el cual ya esta completamente lleno, pero aún así se puede tener un poco mas de ellas si se usan macetas.

Por ejemplo este lirio lo he plantado en una maceta para poder moverlo al interior de la casa cuando la temperatura excede de los cuarenta grados, ya que aunque necesita grandes cantidades de sol, también puede marchitarse, además de que es mas fácil vigilar y recolectar las semillas.

Otra razón para preferir macetas al menos para esta especie, es el control de plagas, pues es mas practico quitarlas una vez que se han detectado.

Si aún no tienes plantas en maceta anímate, es muy divertido y relajante. Si ya tienes algunas seguramente habrás notado lo mucho que has aprendido de ellas.
