Una vez realice una meditación grupal en la que eramos parte de una compostera, mas precisamente los gusanos de una compostera, que nacimos de los desechos que se estaban pudriendo, nuestra unica función consistía e alimentarnos de la basura y devolverla como heces de gusano, si, compost.

Fue tan hermoso sentirme absolutamente útil con tan solo mi existencia desnuda y hambrienta, era el mismísimo canal por donde la vida se reciclaba a si misma sin necesidad de hacer nada mas que existir y satisfacer mi necesidad, estaba generando mundo para todo y todos, en consonancia con el flujo constante de la vida y la muerte.

Cada quien tuvo su propia experiencia, la mia fue maravillosa, empecé a habitar esa sensación poderosisima de estar inmersa en el entramado de la existencia, en donde realmente mi vida tenía sentido mas allá de los estigmas, estereotipos, etc. donde simplemente por existir mi vida era útil y válida, sin necesitar validación de ningún lado, simplemente lo era.

Everyone had their own experience, mine was wonderful, I began to inhabit that powerful sensation of being immersed in the fabric of existence, where my life really made sense beyond stigmas, stereotypes, etc. where simply by existing my life was useful and valid, without needing validation from anywhere, it simply was.
