Earth shaking love - A Poetic Practice
There's an energy between us that's earth shattering, a natural disaster that's bound to happen, from the moment we locked lips to the times we rocked the bed.
Nothings felt the same
It's strange this thing
So familiar this feeling
A feeling so hard to resist
Your all that I'll need
Trembling beneath us from the first touch to the longed kiss the world moves to take in these lovers bliss. Like a seismic clash between earth ground bodies shifting with each other.
Nothings felt the same
It's strange this thing
So familiar this feeling
A feeling so hard to resist
Your all that I'll need
More than once, our mere presence, our existence together causes havok to the local weather, the price of being together?
Nothings felt the same
It's strange this thing
So familiar this feeling
A feeling so hard to resist
Your all that I'll need
Yet, this feels so natural, especially my love for you, so vocal, each word uttered from the beginning its mattered.
Nothings felt the same
It's strange this thing
So familiar this feeling
A feeling so hard to resist
Your all that I'll need
Flattery and sweet words, they come unbidden, like a thief in the night, attracted by the muted light, you stole my heart, and have kept it.

This poem feels like standing inside a tremor you don’t want to escape. Intense, familiar, and impossible to ignore. Some connections don’t arrive softly, they change the ground beneath you. Thank you for sharing something so real.
Thank you for the feedback and the appreciation of my poem.
A very sensual poem. Yes, things can never be the same immediately after the sparkle thrust and the intertwined attraction. An interesting one.
