***Un saludos mis queridos amigos amantes de la naturaleza, hoy quiero exponerles algunas imágenes de las que mi familia y yo hemos conversado toda la semana, esta exposición forma parte de la galería de imágenes de nuestro viaje familiar por la costa de Urama en el Estado Vargas, Venezuela.

A greetings my dear friends nature lovers, today I want to expose some images that my family and I have been talking about all week, this exhibition is part of the gallery of images of our family trip along the coast of Urama in Vargas State, Venezuela.

Comenzando el mes de agosto iniciamos los planes para irnos de paseo como lo hemos venido haciendo desde hace 10 años cuando celebramos por primera vez el cumpleaños de mi amigo y hermano Jairo; ese día nos fuimos a la costa Mirandina a un pueblo llamado Chuspa, donde también disfrutamos de una playa hermosa, baile de tambores y una noche mágica junto a la playa. Ese día nunca lo voy a olvidar porque realmente fue especial. Desde ese año seguimos celebrando el cumpleaños de Jairo y a eso le agregamos unión familiar, relax, vacaciones escolares, distracción y mucha felicidad.

Beginning the month of August we started the plans to go on a trip as we have been doing since 10 years ago when we celebrated for the first time the birthday of my friend and brother Jairo; that day we went to the Mirandina coast to a town called Chuspa, where we also enjoyed a beautiful beach, drum dancing and a magical night by the beach. I will never forget that day because it was really special. Since that year we continue to celebrate Jairo's birthday and to that we add family togetherness, relaxation, school holidays, distraction and a lot of happiness.

Estar cerca de la naturaleza es estar cerca de Dios

En la costa de Urama hay un paraíso escondido, o mejor dicho una playa escondida, así tiene por nombre, en esa playa pudimos disfrutar el día sábado hasta medio día, para llegar allí hicimos el recorrido más largo pero más seguro por la carretera de la Guaira en el Estado Vargas, pero si tienen carro rustico pueden hacer el viaje por Higuerote en la costa Mirandina, Urama nos ofrece buenos atractivos: una playa hermosa, limpia y no tiene mucha piedra, su agua es cristalina y caliente, y su paisaje es impresionante, creado definitivamente por el mágico pincel de Dios. También posee un enorme peñón que adorna la bahía y es donde la gente le encanta ir a meterse para tomar muchas fotos.

To be close to nature is to be close to God

On the coast of Urama there is a hidden paradise, or rather a hidden beach, so it is named, on that beach we could enjoy Saturday until noon, to get there we made the longest but safest route along the road to La Guaira in Vargas State, but if you have rustic car can make the trip by Higuerote on the Mirandina coast, Urama offers good attractions: a beautiful beach, clean and has not much stone, its water is crystal clear and warm, and its landscape is impressive, definitely created by the magical brush of God. It also has a huge rock that adorns the bay and is where people love to go to dive in and take lots of pictures.

Nuestro viaje tenía que continuar porque nuestro destino era el pueblo de Oritapo, en Caruao Estado Vargas, donde nos esperaba nuestro querido amigo Gustavo (Lalo) quien era nuestro anfitrión y nuestro guía de turismo. Gustavo es mi amigo desde hace muchos años, él es habitante de esta zona y se conoce palmo a palmo el lugar, eso me daba mucha confianza ya que nuestro objetivo era disfrutar de la playa con seguridad.

Our journey had to continue because our destination was the town of Oritapo, in Caruao Vargas State, where our dear friend Gustavo (Lalo) who was our host and tour guide was waiting for us. Gustavo is my friend for many years, he is an inhabitant of this area and knows the place inside out, that gave me a lot of confidence because our goal was to enjoy the beach safely.

Al atardecer nos fuimos a recorrer el pueblo de Oritapo junto a Gustavo quien nos llevó a su casa donde pudimos de abastecernos de agua limpia, ducharnos y preparar algunos alimentos para comer.

Por la noche encendimos una fogata a la orilla de la playa y todos disfrutamos del ruido de las olas, las risas de los niños, el ritmo de los tambores de una familia que también estaban allí acampando y por supuesto un rico trago que nunca puede faltar para alegrar el espíritu.

In the evening we went to walk around the village of Oritapo and Gustavo took us to his house where we were able to stock up on clean water, take a shower and prepare some food to eat.

In the evening we lit a bonfire on the shore of the beach and we all enjoyed the sound of the waves, the laughter of the children, the rhythm of the drums of a family who were also camping there and of course a nice drink that can never be missing to cheer up the spirit.

En Caracas hay un dicho que dice ¡En la costa! ¡es la cosa!

Venir a este lugar fue lo mejor que pudimos hacer este año luego de tanto encierro voluntario al que nos sometimos por nuestra seguridad.

A ti amigo lector te digo que si quieres salir y conocer Venezuela es solo cuestión de que te lo propongas; hoy en día se han puesto de moda grupos de excursión que organizan viajes a sitios maravillosos por toda Venezuela.

Estoy agradecida con Dios, con la vida, con mi familia, por haber compartido esta experiencia y haberla pasado tan bien. Gracias a todos que colaboraron y se portaron muy bien, a ustedes dedico este post, donde quedará por siempre para la posteridad.

In Caracas there's a phrase that says On the coast, that's the thing!

Coming to this place was the best thing we could do this year after so much voluntary confinement for our safety.

To you, my friend reader, I say that if you want to go out and get to know Venezuela, it's just a matter of setting your mind to it; nowadays it has become fashionable for excursion groups to organise trips to marvellous places all over Venezuela.

I am grateful to God, to life, to my family, for having shared this experience and having had such a good time. Thanks to everyone who collaborated and behaved very well, I dedicate this post to you, where it will remain forever for posterity.
