The Grand Shekhawati - Churu

The Grand Shekhawati is one of a kind luxury hotel and resort Churu. Though we did not checked how how good is the resort, but we went to the restaurant. And believe me the ambience is great despite the fact that it came in a city like Churu. This hotel opened up quite recently may be 1 year or an half. And the craze of going into the hotel is huge.

We have to do bookings and sometimes you do not get the table and you have to wait for quite some time. They have two types of setup, one A.C. restaurant and other is roof top restaurant where you get live music being played. The name is because the Churu city comes under the belt of Sekhawati and thus the name.

This is the great entrance where you can see there is trees on both side of the road and there is grass on the right hand side for kids to play.

A closer look. The fountain was not working that day but this middle structure is all about the fountain.

On the right hand side of the hotel you get a lawn where the wedding functions happens. So people can book this resort for weddings as well.

This is the huge gate where you enter into a lobby and there is a reception. The restaurant is on the top floor (3rd floor) and there is pool on the other side for the people who opt for resort.

And then in the restaurant you will find some of the great lighting works. These are pictures and there is lighting coming from back thus making it glow.

If we talk about food, the food cost is not high. We have spent around 20$ for 4 people. This hotel is again pure vegetarian where you get almost all the Indian cuisines.

Overall its a nice experience for us and we enjoyed. I think along with the food the ambience played a great role for our enjoyment. Because you felt that you have that space which you want in a restaurant.
