Drone Footage: Banana Trees As Far As You Can See + Rough Tenerife Lava Coast

avatar

The Canary Islands are know for their bananas - it's just hard to understand why Bananas are being flown in from Latin America to Europe when we have our own bananas right in front of our doors. Well, technically - the Canary Islands are closer to Africa than to Europe, but still! You get the point.

We got lost one day in one of many banana plantations of Tenerife's North Coast. At one point we parked our car and just wandered around - and it was fascinating to see how bananas are being grown. We did visit Casa de Plátano.

But this is the real deal!

Since we're back from Tenerife we always buy the Bananas with origin from Tenerife! They just taste so much better after seeing how they're grown with our own eyes.

Get in touch if you're interested to purchase a license to use this drone video of a banana plantation.

Read all about our time on this island on our Tenerife Tavel Blog.

We used this drone to film this video. (affiliate link)

Oh nice! The footage looks great! I picked up a Mavic Mini and wish I had it when I was on the road. I'm looking forward to being able to travel again and getting some unique perspectives.
