Welcome to the Mercado de Nuestra Señora de Africa - Tenerife's main market situated in the heart of Santa Cruz. When we visited, we were a bit underwhelmed but it was our fault since we visited on a Monday, when only half of the stands and stalls are open.

Maybe this disappointment damped our experience a bit because we were hoping for some serious market buzz. But we still liked it and loved the architecture and the open air layout and now rewatching the video, we should have tried to see the Mercado de Nuestra Señora de Africa on a regular market day day.
