Since I met this wonderful place, I was fascinated by the immeasurable nature of the Rio de la Plata. It is a supremely beautiful place, full of luxury, of harmony between the architecture of the human being and nature itself.

Desde que conocí este marvilloso lugar quedé prendada de lo inmensurable del río de la Plata. Es un lugar supremamente hermoso, lleno de lujo, de armonía entre la arquitectura del ser humano y la naturaleza misma.

It became one of my favorite places on the planet. It is a magnificent contrast between the city and the river; contrasts that are in tune with the fervent needs of the human being.

Se convirtió en uno de mis lugares lugares favoritos en todo el planeta. Es un contraste magnífico entre la ciudad y el río; contrastes que hacen tono con las necesidades fervientes del ser humano.

Yesterday I had a suffocating heat, we are in the middle of the high summer in the south of the planet earth and the climatic humidity of the city of Buenos Aires is very high. For example, yesterday the temperature at 17:00 was at 31°C, but the thermal sensation is higher. The sun sets in summer between 8 and 9 pm.

Ayer tenía un calor sofocante, estamos en pleno alto verano en el sur del planeta tierra y la humedad climática de la ciudad de Buenos Aires es muy alta. Por ejemplo, ayer la temperatura a las 17:00 horas estaba a 31°C, pero la sensación térmica es más alta. El sol se oculta en verano entre las 20:00 y 21:00 horas de la noche.

This is the 6:00 pm sun. At that time, people were still chilling in the now warm waters of the Rio de la Plata.

Éste es el sol de las 18:00 horas de la tarde. En ese momento, aún la gente se resfrecaba dentro de las ahora cálidas aguas del río de la Plata.

The people of Buenos Aires and foreign tourists like me, go out to these natural places, anchored to the shores of the city to achieve several important things. Among them is the activity of amateur fishing, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, among other water sports.

Los Bonaerenses y los turistas extranjeros como yo, salen a éstos parajes naturales, anclados a orillas de la ciudad para lograr hacer varias cosas importantes. Entre ellas está la actividad de pesca aficionada, el kayak, velerismo, canotaje, entre otras actividades deportivas acuáticas.

People come to this great waterfront for recreation, sports, relaxation, to do yoga, dance therapy, cycling, skating, soccer, volleyball, or simply like me I always go to the children to bathe in the river, play in the park and make friends.

Las personas llegan a esta grandiosa costanera con propósitos de esparcimiento, deportivos, de relax, para hacer yoga, bailorerapia, ciclismo, patinaje, futbol, voleibol, o simplemente como yo que siempre voy a que los niños se bañen en el río, jueguen en el parque y hagan amigos.

Talking about landscaping in this magical and fun place is very accurate. The Rio de la Plata is magnificent, it is an immeasurable source of natural resources that encapsulate the magic and charm of the city of Buenos Aires. There, in that stretch of the coast, there is a beautiful dock for fishermen and also at about 200 meters on the same coastline an impressive sculpture was planted, called "El Cincel".

Hablar de paisajismo en este lugar tan mágico y divertido es muy acertado. El río de la Plata es magnífico, es una fuente inmensurable de recursos naturales que encapsulan la magia y el encanto de la ciudad porteña. Allí en ése tramo de la costanera, resalta un lindo muelle para pescadores y tambien a unos 200 metros en la misma linea costera se plantó una impresionante escultura, llamada "El Cincel".

This majestic place is only a half hour drive from where I am living. So we started our truck, dressed for a picnic and had a great time on the banks of the Rio de la Plata in San Isidro.

Este lugar majestuoso queda a tan sólo media hora de recorrido en automóvil desde donde estoy viviendo. Así que encendimos nuestra camioneta, nos vestimos de picnic y la pasamos rico en la costanera del río de la La Plata en San Isidro.
