Trip Portugal - Crystal Palace Garden #3 - Porto

In the Garden of the Crystal Palace, in addition to seeing lakes, trees, a view of the city of Porto, the Douro River we can also find this magnificent graffiti. Sometimes bands play in this place. The crystal palace every year hosts a music event in which there are 2 stages.

There is no lack of space in this garden, at this time that we are facing the terrible pandemic of the coronavirus, we should be in places with a lot of social distance. Therefore, this garden in the city center is ideal for leaving the house and taking a stroll safely.

In these corridors through the garden of the Crystal Palace, you can rest and enjoy nature and people walking with family, friends etc...

If you find animals, like chickens and peacocks on the loose, don't be surprised as it is quite normal to be in the garden.

In this photo we can see the famous bookstore of Porto, Livraria Almeida Garret. I've studied for hours there and have access to several books available.

The boredom you see in this photo is that of a well-known insurance company in Portugal and next to it has a small mall with some clothing stores etc...

Finally, leaving the garden of the crystal palace, I advise everyone who is visiting Porto to know this magnificent place. This place is right near the center of Porto and has plenty of public transport access.

If visiting the city of Porto, notice that it is mandatory to wear a mask on the street. Don't forget that anyone who doesn't use it can get a fine.
