Getting to know the town of Arboledas in Colombia🇨🇴
About three years ago I had the opportunity to travel as a musician to the town of arboledas located in Colombia where I could enjoy like my fellow artists an excellent climate, food, landscapes and people that made our stay a great memory. The trip was planned thanks to the celebration of the "holy week", which for those who do not know is the annual Christian commemoration of the moments of the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, therefore, this beautiful town had planned to carry out various activities where the musical field stood out.
Arboledas in general is a cold town that is full of tourist attractions, among these, I could find a viewpoint that I liked very much, where you have the possibility to climb a path full of vegetation and mountain scenery. When I got to the top I could see a spectacular viewpoint where you can see all the Colombian people accompanied by a beautiful sky. There I was able to take some pictures and continue exploring a replica of the tomb where according to the scriptures Jesus Christ died and resurrected on the third day.
That same night I went with some companions to walk around the main square of the town, which was very crowded with locals and tourists like us, therefore, we managed to enjoy a very nice night tasting various sweets typical of the region such as: dulce de leche, wafers, figs and others. Besides this, I also enjoyed very much the salt food, since in the place where we were all staying they gave us breakfast, lunch and dinner, highlighting the great organization at the time of serving us and the great quality of the food.
Despite being a small town I could see that there are many businesses that have good clothes, makeup, lingerie, jewelry and much more which is the first attraction that the town offers to its visitors along with the famous traditional ice cream based on "Yucca" which has a taste very similar to vanilla.
Finally, I have always liked to visit Colombia because it is a very beautiful, stable and prosperous country that for many years has supported Venezuela, my country of origin, so I hope to go there again soon to continue enjoying the gastronomy and the hard-working people that have always represented the Colombian people.
I hope you liked my little trip and I'll see you next time❤️.
