I was told by the tourist guide that the Enchanted Cave were created over a period of 120 million years ago due to a giant bubble forming inside a molten lava flow and over the time as this lava was cooling down and the heat and water evaporated out of the cave over time of these millions of years ago the amethysts were forming creating all these colorful crystals. Nature is so amazing you can feel the energy of this amethyst as your walking through this cave.

After experiencing this hidden gem and overwhelmed by the beauty of this place we decided to move on to Kiva Spa, just to totally finish relaxing and healing our bodies after spending six hours walking those beautiful gardens and the Enchanted Cave.

Kiva Spa was also in Mullumbimby, and it was just the right place to let go after deeply nurturing ourselves, it was nestled in amongst these bamboo gardens and again we felt like we were in Asia with these bamboo gardens and Asia statues surrounding us, it was here that we got a 90 minute massage including a skin treatment. This place was amazing if you were not up for a massage you could soak yourself in a Turkish bath or Sauna in the tub with massage jets blowing at you. The 90 minute massage including the skin treatment cost us $125 AUS dollars per person was definitely worthwhile after our huge days walk we both felt relaxed, cleansed and brand new after that treatment.

Yes, please!!! That amethyst! Both of them!!! I have never, ever seen anything like this ever! You totally wowed me, yet again! The gardens are incredible and yes, I actually did think you were in Asia until I read the post. I did a quick scroll through the pictures, then go back to read. I was trying to figure out what that pink(ish) ball was? Up close to the top. I cannot imagine walking through the brilliance of Enchanted Cave. I have to wonder what they thought when they discovered that!

Peaceful, lush, and a sense of calm would wash over me in this environment. Can you imagine living that way 24/7? Would it be too much? Would I feel too good? Oh, talk about feeling good! The spa! Oh, how I love the spa treatment, something that puts a huge smile on my face just thinking about it. You brought the epitome of beauty and peace, all in one post. #MarketFriday certainly appreciates your thoroughly outlined itinerary and writings. The pictures are pretty good too. :))

Hi there, @dswigle this sounds like a place you would keep wondering around forever and never get enough of the perfect, peaceful place and waking up to these gardens 24/7 most definitely, I certainly wouldn't mind. I would really like to go back to this place again one day we were a little rushed for time last time and could not see everything we wanted to see and now that I have a better camera I would like to take photos of inside the Enchanted Cave.

Thank you for such a beautiful comment @dswigle have a great week :)
