My 5-Year Prediction for Humanity | Day 10 of 30-DAY #BLOGGING CHALLENGE | [ENG/SPAN] - Part 2

Day 10 of the 30-day Blogging Challenge (Part 2).
Prediction time. What will happen in 5 years?
Based upon the direction that humanity is headed and its way of thinking, it wouldn't surprise me if in five years:

Coronavirus will be still with us
Since this pandemic affects everyone in the entire world, I feel that the Coconovirus won't be completely eradicated.
The reason will be twofold:

Adults
A large group of adults currently will not, under any circumstances, protect themselves and others by following rules and regulations regarding wearing facial equipment and social distancing. Further, millions for whatever reasons won't even agree to receive the vaccine.
Therefore, I don't believe that reaching a certain percentage of vaccinations is possible.
Until every person in the world is vaccinated, the virus will continue to produce new strains and become even stronger. These new strains will probably be resistant to the current vaccines developed.
This will be due to the rushed nature of the vaccines and not allowing enough years to fully test it's effects.
Children
Since the beginning of the pandemic in the U.S. that health official thought occurred in early January, 2020, they were under the assumption that children were not going to be affected.
That turned out to be false assumption as they discovered children were infected. They also discovered children could be asymptomatic just like adults.
Over this past year, children continued to be infected until I heard television anchors announce that over 2 million in the U.S. have been infected with the virus,
It's horrifying to think this has happened and will increase because research has been lagging behind concerning children.
The reason I believe this numbers will grow faster is that:
children are not being studied and tested the same as adults; and
health officials have sent our children to the "back of the line" or in "time out" for receiving the vaccine. The longer they wait, I feel the more children will continue to spread the virus. If the new strains are more deadlier, then what makes health officials think that children won't be more susceptible?
I truly pray my prediction is incorrect. That will be one instance in which I will be immensely relieved to be wrong.
El coronavirus seguirá con nosotros
Dado que esta pandemia afecta a todo el mundo, creo que el Coconovirus no se erradicará por completo.
La razón será doble:

Actualmente, un gran grupo de adultos no se protegerá a sí mismo ni a los demás, bajo ninguna circunstancia, siguiendo las normas y reglamentos relativos al uso de equipos faciales y al distanciamiento social. Además, millones de personas, por las razones que sean, ni siquiera aceptan recibir la vacuna.
Por lo tanto, no creo que sea posible alcanzar un determinado porcentaje de vacunaciones.
Hasta que todas las personas del mundo se vacunen, el virus seguirá produciendo nuevas cepas y se hará aún más fuerte. Estas nuevas cepas serán probablemente resistentes a las actuales vacunas desarrolladas.
Esto se deberá a la naturaleza apresurada de las vacunas y a que no se han dejado pasar suficientes años para probar plenamente sus efectos.
Niños
Desde el comienzo de la pandemia en los EE.UU. que los funcionarios de salud pensaron que ocurrió a principios de enero de 2020, estaban bajo la suposición de que los niños no iban a ser afectados.
Eso resultó ser una suposición falsa, ya que descubrieron que los niños estaban infectados. También descubrieron que los niños podían ser asintomáticos al igual que los adultos.
A lo largo de este último año, los niños siguieron infectándose hasta que escuché a los presentadores de televisión anunciar que más de 2 millones de personas en los Estados Unidos se han infectado con el virus,
Es espeluznante pensar que esto ha sucedido y que aumentará porque la investigación se ha quedado atrás en lo que respecta a los niños.
La razón por la que creo que estas cifras crecerán más rápido es que
los niños no están siendo estudiados y probados como los adultos; y
las autoridades sanitarias han enviado a nuestros niños al "final de la cola" o en "tiempo muerto" para recibir la vacuna. Cuanto más esperen, creo que más niños seguirán propagando el virus. Si las nuevas cepas son más mortíferas, ¿qué hace pensar a las autoridades sanitarias que los niños no serán más susceptibles?
Realmente rezo para que mi predicción sea incorrecta. Será un caso en el que me sentiré inmensamente aliviado de estar equivocado.
