L2 BC Day 11 - How do you manage stress?

Everybody feels stressed, no matter when. We can get stressed because of our work, family relationships, or even because the weather is too shiny or rainy.

No matter what is the reason we must find a way to release that bad and heavy feeling from us.

I use odd methods to release that bad stress.

1 - I play computer games
2 - I drink more water
3 - I eat sweets - I know it is not good but it helps me
4 - I crochet some toys and small objects
5 - I watch movies

These are my top 5 ways how to deal with stress.
