ENERGY REFILL CONTEST
This week has been very wonderful for the contest, we had 40 wonderful submissions full of motivation, reflective phrases, good advices and above all full of positive energy.

First of all i must say that i am very grateful to all the participants and those who helped make this contest possible, the truth is that it was very difficult to choose the winners, but you have to choose, here they are:

Esta semana ha sido muy buena para el concurso, tuvimos 40 maravillosas entradas llenas de motivación, frases reflexivas y sobre todo llenas de energía positiva.

Antes que nada debo decir que estoy muy agradecida con todos los participantes y los que ayudaron a que este concurso sea posible, la verdad es que fué muy difícil elegir los ganadores, pero hay que elegir, aquí están:

The most valuable award of this contest goes to @argeh, she did a very good job of giving good feedback to most of the contestants and deserves this award.
Why is it the most valuable prize? Because the comments are what make us meet new people, share and see each other's point of view. If there are no comments, there is no community and if there is no community we are not human.

El premio más valioso de este concurso va para @argeh, ella hizo muy bien su trabajo de darle un buen feedback a la mayoría de los concursantes y merece este premio.
¿Por qué es el premio más valioso? Porque los comentarios son los que hacen que conozcamos gente nueva, que compartamos y que veamos el punto de vista de los demás. Si no hay comentarios, no hay comunidad y si no hay comunidad no somos humanos.

Because it talks about how influences are everywhere, not only in friendships, as you mention, social networks, friendships, jobs, can influence how we relate to people and how much these factors influence us. This generates an impact on us reflecting how simple suggestions can become doubting objects for us.

Because it speaks to us that we are certainly surrounded by young people who are being formed to be men and women and because of this, we must instil in them good values that it is not necessary to follow the group to be cool. Many times we let things pass us by that we don't like or that we don't find positive because, as you say, we want to be "cool".
This gives rise to abuses such as bullying and less appreciation for people who just want to have a good time like everyone else at school, work or even at home.

The post focuses us on decisions, that's what life is full of. Many times we go through unpleasant situations due to decisions we make because of factors such as social pressure, stress, among others. I share his experience, like many others here I imagine, in which we overdrink for not passing as the misfits in a social activity without knowing the tremendous hangover we would have the next day.

Porque nos habla de cómo las influencias están en todas partes, no solamente en las amistades, tal y como mencionas, las redes sociales, amistades, trabajos, pueden influir en como nos relacionamos con las personas y que tanto estos factores influyen en nosotros. Esto genera un impacto en nosotros reflejando como simples sugerencias pueden transformarse en objetos dubitativos para nosotros.

Porque nos habla de que ciertamente estamos rodeados de jóvenes que se están formando para ser hombres y mujeres y por esto, debemos inculcarles buenos valores de que no es necesario seguir al grupo para estar en onda. Muchas veces dejamos pasar cosas que no nos agradan o no nos resultan positivas por el hecho de, tal y como indicas, queremos estar "en onda".
Esto da lugar a abusos como bullying y menos preciar a personas que tan solo quieren pasar un buen rato como todos los demás en el instituto, trabajo o inclusive casa.

Nos enfoca el post en decisiones, de eso está llena la vida. Muchas veces pasamos por situaciones desagradables debido a decisiones que en su momento tomemos por factores como presión social, estrés, entre otros. Comparto su experiencia, como muchos otros aquí me imagino, en la que nos pasamos de trago por no pasar como los inadaptados dentro de una actividad social sin saber la tremenda resaca que tendríamos al otro día.

The most creative award goes to @janettyanez, as he gives us a funny turn of phrase, around the blockchain. He uses it as an example to say that if we are on that ¨bridge¨, in which, we can throw ourselves off that bridge that could have resulted in 2 sides: total gain or total loss.
In this case, the board had to do with trusting a person and standing by your beliefs in the information you found. I urge you to keep this kind of attitude and always believe in yourself, looking for what you need.

El premio al más creativo va para @janettyanez, ya que nos dá un giro divertido a la frase, en torno a la blockchain. Lo utiliza como ejemplo para decir que si estamos en ese ¨puente¨, en el cual, podemos lanzarnos de dicho puente que pudo haber resultado en 2 vertientes: ganancia o pérdida total.
En este caso, la junta tuvo que ver, esto por el hecho de confiar en una persona y mantener tus creencias en la información que encontraste. Te exhorto a mantener este tipo de actitud y siempre creer en tí, buscando lo que necesitas.

Motherhood favourite goes to @abis28. Since it focuses the post on mothers, just as @elizabeths14 said:
Mothers always so cute, beings of light who help us understand at the point of flip-flops, which way we should go, the values instilled by yours, have made you think that way and not do the same crazy or foolish things as others, just to not look like "a coward".
When we enjoy innocence at the beginning of our youth, there can be risks of being influenced by habits or customs that are bad for us. It is very true that many young people, due to social pressure, tend to give in to these pressures on various occasions, which is why it is good to know what kind of person you surround yourself with in order to have a positive trajectory in your life.

El favorito del Motherhood es para @abis28. Ya que enfoca el post a las madres, justo como dijo @elizabeths14:
Las madres siempre tan lindas, seres de luz que nos ayudan a entender a punta de chanclas, por que camino debemos ir, los valores inculcados por la tuya, te han hecho pensar de esa manera y no hacer las mismas locuras o tonterías de otros, solo por no parecer "un cobarde".
Cuando gozamos de inocencia al inicio de nuestra juventud pueden presentarse riesgos de ser influidos por hábitos o costumbres que para nosotros nos resultan malas. Es muy cierto que muchos jóvenes por presión social en diversas ocasiones suelen ceder a estas presiones, por esto es bueno saber de que tipo de persona te rodeas para llevar una trayectoria positiva en tu vida.

This special award goes to @irvinc, as he explains how human beings are social beings, from the moment we are born and become conscious, we start to need that social approval which often leads us to let go of our way of being or beliefs.
It is an excellent practice to always hold on to the positive things we believe in, in this way we can continue on our way in the world without losing ourselves in search of a false sense of happiness.

Este premio especial va para @irvinc. Ya que nos explica cómo el ser humano es un ser social, desde que nacemos y tomamos un poco de conciencia, empezamos a necesitar esa aprobación social la cual nos lleva muchas veces a desprendernos de nuestra forma de ser o creencias.
Es una excelente práctica siempre aferrarnos a lo positivo que creemos, de esta forma podemos continuar rumbo al mundo sin perdernos a nosotros mismos en búsqueda de una falsa sensación de felicidad.
