HOW I DISLOCATED MY ANKLE😁

This might sound serious from my title, but after getting home and thinking about it, I just had a good laugh. So here's what happened, today being Saturday, I, my husband, and sister returned from choir rehearsals, since I usually drop the kids at my mum's place, we decided to go with Jessy to bring the children home since we had a free ride to our area. While we were at the back of the truck that gave us a free ride, I made a video, would have loved to post it too, but i can't upload it due to my phone's low storage.

So we got to the house we sat down and gisted for a while until @glorydee (sister) made a statement that vexed hubby, so we decided to be on our way, On our way back to our own house, cause we live quite close to each other, we decided to take a short cut instead of passing through the main road, There's one of the shortcuts that I am quite scared of because of bits a bushy pathway, and I noticed someone had already cleared the place, but thankfully there's was nothing there, cause we met quite a number of people going through there. In my mind, we had already passed the scariest place so we didn't have to worry.

Only for us to pass through the very clear path, there's a church beside the place, my husband who was walking in front suddenly said, "Is that not a snake?" I was jejely walking on my own o until I heard "snake", I thought it was a joke, cause sometimes he likes teasing me, as he pointed in that direction, I immediately pointed my flashlight at the place, and I saw a very big snake hanging from a building, the way I ran I don't think I have ever run like that before, I ran, I also held my son's hand, while running I also heard my son saying snake o snake o, πŸ˜‚πŸ˜ƒ, I didn't even know he could run like that.

My husband stopped running and asked us to stop but I was listening I was still running with my son, until we were almost to the main road, with a shaky breath I decided to stop, but I didn't calculate my movement I stopped with a wrong footing, I and my son fell down and my ankle got twisted, now I have a twisted ankle.

When I called my sister to tell her about it, @jessicaossom (I swear you no well), do you know what she did ? she was laughing, so I got home and i and my husband laughed about it, but seriously I also asked myself why I was still running even when we had gotten to the main road?😏😁
well I'm still with a broken ankle, but i am happy we didn't get bitten by a snake.

Thanks for stopping by.

That snake image you used scared me a bit, couldn't look at it for more than a sec

Sorry about the sprained ankle and I'm glad you didn't get bitten too.

We discover lots of talents when we are faced with some situations, you should join the Olympics soon and make use of this new found talent hehe

πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ Snake one of those reptiles I don't want to see on a good day. I had to stop my family from farming be cause of large snakes around our farmlands.
I can imagine how you ran for your feat life. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‡πŸ€£

Yeah, you're right, better to have a twisted ankle instead of being bitten, must be painful though, I hope you have a speedy recovery and it's good you're able to laugh about the experience now!

Oh goodness...I had a good chuckle picturing you running for your life shouting snake o snake o... I don't mean to laugh but you have a way of writing about this that was quite humorous, and I guess intended given it is in Comedy Open Mic hehe. A good read, Treasure. really happy that you ended up with a twisted ankle rather than a snake bite. Hope it heals quickly for you.

I dropped in from #dreemport this evening.
