Дивний ринок нерухомості України.

Якщо розібратися, то ця думка належить не тільки до ринку нерухомості Україи, Молдова та інші країни з єдиною історією, не відстають.

Деякий час назад, мій названий брат запрошував нас переїхати жити в калгері, в Канаду.

Я задався питанням пошуку житла і я був здивований, що квадратні метри там, на задньому плані.

На першому місці, в Канад і в більшості цивілізованих країн, варто вид з вікна.

Насолоджуватися красивим горизонтом, не залишаючи меж своєї квартири, це, набагато цінніше, ніж володіти палацом, всі вікна якого виходять на сміттєзвалище, або, впираються у вікна, поруч стоїть вдома.

Первй і останній, не пропонуйте, так звучить більшість оголошень про бажання придбати квартиру.

Я погоджуся на рахунок першого поверху, а, останні поверхи, якщо, це, не сейсмоактивна зона, можуть подарувати вам то, за що, в країнах, про які я сказав, потрібно буде доплатити від п'ятдесяти тисяч доларів і більше.

Не хочуть люди платити за те, що все життя вони будуть бачити з вікна скручену дріт, яка буде загороджувати їм захід і схід сонця.

Цікаво, коли наші ріелтори прокинуться і зрозуміють, в якому напрямку їм варто рухатися?
