Hoy Paula se despertó emocionada porque su abuela le compró unos libros didácticos para hacer ejercicios y tareas en casa, a través de trazos y dibujos para rellenar y ese tipo de actividades.

Today Paula woke up excited because her grandmother bought her some didactic books to do exercises and tasks at home, through lines and drawings to fill in and those kinds of activities.

Aquellos libros me gustaron, pues uno es una especie de guía prácticas para hacer trazos para que los niños aprendan poco a poco a escribir y el otro el cual es más grande trae diferentes actividades dinámicas que pueden coloreas o pintar.

I liked those books, because one is a kind of practical guide to make lines so that children learn little by little to write and the other, which is larger, brings different dynamic activities that they can color or paint.

Al ver lo emocionada que estaba se me ocurrió la brillante idea de hacer como si ella fuera a la escuela, después de cada desayuno la visto diciéndole que vamos a la escuela. Ella se emociona y busca un bolsito con sus colores y merienda y ambas bajamos al primer piso (el cual es la casa de su abuelo) y justo en el porche de su casa donde hay una mesa simulamos que es el aula de clases.

Seeing how excited she was I came up with the brilliant idea of ​​pretending to go to school, after every breakfast I see her telling her that we are going to school. She gets excited and looks for a bag with her colors and a snack and we both go down to the first floor (which is her grandfather's house) and right on the porch of her house where there is a table, we pretend that it is the classroom.

Me causó mucha gracias que paula llevara unas muñequitas las cuales sentó en la mesa y cuando le pregunte porqué las había traído ella me contestó que eran sus compañeras, sin duda eso fue muy adorable. Al comenzar la clase paula estaba muy emocionada pero ella quería hacer lo que quería y no prestaba atención a la explicación para hacer la primera actividad, así que me tocó improvisar y comenzamos a dibujar para que ella poco a poco entendiera la actividad del primer libro. No fue nada fácil, pero sé que poco a poco ella va aprendiendo, la idea es ponerla a hacer las mini tareas cuando ella tenga ánimos de hacerlas para que así le agarre el gusto por así decirlo.

I was very thankful that Paula brought some dolls which she sat on the table and when I asked her why she had brought them she answered that they were her companions, without a doubt that was very adorable. At the beginning of class Paula was very excited but she wanted to do what she wanted and did not pay attention to the explanation to do the first activity, so I had to improvise and we began to draw so that she little by little understand the activity of the first book. It was not easy at all, but I know that little by little she is learning, the idea is to put her to do the mini tasks when she feels like doing them so that she gets a taste of it so to speak.

Después de haber hecho una que otra actividad de cada libro su abuela llegó con una campanita haciéndola sonar y diciéndonos que era hora del recreo y la merienda, entonces nos trajo jugo y cambur jeje.

After having done one or another activity in each book, her grandmother came with a bell ringing it and telling us that it was time for recess and snack, then she brought us juice and banana hehe.

Me alegro ver como Paula se veía entusiasmada por su primer día de clases, sólo espero que pueda aprender una que otras cosas antes que le toque ir al jardín de niños. Sé que es una niña muy inteligente y que le irá muy bien, sólo me preocupa que sepa llevársela bien con los demás niños ya que le cuesta mucho el tema de compartir cosas.

I'm glad to see how excited Paula looked for her first day of school, I just hope she can learn a few things before she gets to go to kindergarten. I know that she is a very intelligent girl and that she will do very well, I am only worried that she knows how to get along with other children since it is very difficult for her to share things.
