Mushroom Friday and culinary consensus

It's mushroom Friday, but I live on the schedule of the other half of the Earth.I am a man of the World оr as one of our Russian writer said: : "Happy people don't follow the passage of time." In short, there is always time for good deeds. Beyond all timetables.

And so, today we are preparing a light mushroom soup from two types of mushrooms: dried and fresh. We will also need 1 onion, 1 carrot and some potatoes.

We cut the vegetables and lightly fry. We wash and cook the mushrooms.

First, dry ones are used, after 15 minutes we add fresh ones. Then we send vegetables to the soup and voila! Bon appetite!

But then a man from another planet came to the kitchen. He asks to add a little meat to the soup ... just a little. How can you refuse a loved one? I add the meatballs.

Finally, a culinary consensus was reached and everyone was happy

Наступила грибная пятница, но живу почему -то по расписанию другой половины Земли. Видимо, я - человек Мира. Или как сказал один наш русский писатель: "Счастливые часов не наблюдают". Одним словом, для добрых дел всегда есть время. Вне всяких расписаний.
И так, готовим сегодня лёгкий грибной суп из двух видов грибов: сушёных и свежих. Ещё нам понабится 1 луковица, 1 морковь и немного картофеля.
Овощи режем и слегка обжариваем. Грибы промываем и варим. Сначала в ход идут сухие, минут через 15 добавляем свежие. Затем в суп отправляем овощи и - вуаля! Бон апетит!
Но тут на кухню пришёл человек с другой планеты. Он просит добавить к супу немного мясного...совсем чуть-чуть. Разве можно отказать родному человека? Добавляю фрикадельки из мяса. Наконец был достигнут кулинарный консенсус и все остались довольны.
